i am new to 3d i am trying to learn by myself and i face problem i dont know what you call it when i add inset face the model have square on it i dont know what is this and how to learn more about it to avoid it any help i thank you

Hello 👋 Shading looks how I'd expect it to look like, regardless of modeling application. If you move one edge closer to another or add support edges, the shading will tighten in that area. To transfer the shading from a high-poly mesh, one would bake a normal map and apply it to the low-poly. It's also possible to transfer vertex-normals from one mesh to another.
What is your goal here (reference, concept)? Making a high-poly? Mid-poly to be used with tiling textures? Low-poly to bake high-poly information to?
