3D Wagon Rework - Critiques/Help

Hi everyone! I was given some advice of my work some time ago that makes me wanted to update/rework some of my portfolio projects (instead of throwing everything out).

Decided to start with this wagon project. I did the base model and retopo in Maya, the hp sculpt in Zbrush and the textures in Substance. This is not the final presentation yet, but I would love some critiques/advices in what to improve. This is meant to be a game ready model, with 2 4k maps.
