WIP of stylized tavern in the woods

I want to do a bit of a walkthrought of my progress of this big project I want to work with I started this weekend. My idea is to have a tavern in the woods and I have the basic blockout of the house and I am figuring out how to make the walls. I thought of having all in one trimsheet but Im afraid if this would lower the quality of the meshesh. Any good ideas on how to approach?😁
