Been working on this one for a while, but never thought of posting it in here for some reason. Figured I'd do so now and see if I can get some feedback in the meanwhile. That being said I'm not sure If I'll be able to fix major issues since it's way too far into "production", but I'll use whatever feedback I can't apply on this project, on my next one, so feel free to leave whatever criticism comes to mind.
I usually do my clothing High-Poly's with minimum small details so I can add them on Substance Painter in order to have more control over them, but I've been thinking of doing the opposite on my next project

Currently finishing the hair
Taking a break before finishing the hair and Peach Fuzz and working on the sword and Sheath for it
Some initial pose, lighting and camera tests. Still quite a bit of clipping on the outfit and it's still lacking fly offs and large damage marks.
I love the outfit texturing! Only thing I feel could be tweaked is...the top of the head looks blurry to me.
You mean the hair cards aren't reading well or does it literally look blurry? I have a heavy chromatic aberration filter on the images, which does make things a little blurrier, I think. Also thank you :D
Yah, the whole top part of the haircut looks blurry. Nothing else really does.
Ah, yeah. it's the chromatic aberration then :x. I'll be posting a better view of the hair sometime this week.
Finishing the teeth
Calling this done for now
Super character!
The bottom back of the knee and boot front look sucked on in the textured version. Maybe you could ease off on the AO (and contrast in texturing) in those areas. Had a look on the web for 'bowl cut' hair styles and the one you used is realistic, but longer hair on top looks more natural to me.
Great work.
Thank you! I might come back to it soon to see if I can fix it. Currently working a Freelance so my Personal Project time is very limited. Also tbh I personally prefer it being longer too, but I really wanted to get something that didn't look "Fashion" or made him "pretty", but more realistic instead. If I wasn't going for the everyday medieval soldier look I'd probably not even have chosen a bowl cut at all because of how ugly it is lol
