Hey guys, was wondering if there was a setting in Toolbag that I could adjust to soften the curvature gradient? I am getting a sharp change that is affecting most generators in Painter and it is due to the curvature map. All the other maps are smooth. I originally used 16bit to bake the curvature. Could this be why I have this artifact? I have Normalize set to ON and Dither also(but only works for 8bit). The HP looks very smooth also. Any help would be much appreciated.
PS: it is fixed when I lower the "Strength", but then I lose alot of the highlights....

Sub-dividing the high poly mesh 1-2 levels more may help.
Thanks for that. I did try that but sadly it didn't work. There being a UV seam going down that side also didn't help either but I have no idea what is causing that hard gradient. I ended up painting it/softening it out in the dirt/edgewear mask in painter and it's fine now. If it wasn't such a big project I'd love to go back to find out how to fix it but I wanna get this model out lol.
