3DS Max - Export FBX File (with animation baked in) to a different scene/unit size?

Hey to all,

As the title says, I'm trying to export some assets that already have animations in them via FBX, however I can't seem to find any option that lets me change the unit size of the asset.

Basically, I want to export a model in FBX to a smaller unit size (say 10% of the Max scene one, or something like that).

I know Max has a Scene Rescale option, but it doesn't work with most animations that have a "base bone" (ei; a mother bone in the center of the scene, it just deforms the model and bones), and the few times I did succeed it was very finicky.

Short of exporting/reimporting the files in Max with a bunch of formats, are there any other options?
