Study: female Night Elf head

Hi!! I wanted to share this study of facial stylization, I picked one of my favourite races to play in WoW: Night Elf! Doing this study really gave me some insight about stylization regarding the face/head, especially the ears. I just hope she won't get cold without hair. Sculpted and polypainted in Zbrush, and then rendered it in Marmoset Toolbag 4.
