So i came across this type of fabric and i was wondering if anybody have a knowledge on how to make/achieve them in substance painter.I need to have them in maps as it is a game asset, and im probably gonna upload on sketchfab...I saw a similar effect in Pubg mobile clothes skin, where if we rotate the character, the rainbow-like reflections interact with the lighting.(Like hdri's,reflecting on glossy material).Any Genius out there who can help,Please.Thanks.

Iridescence is the effect. You'll probably need a custom shader to make it work in Substance Painter.
Did a bit of a search, looks like you could do this in Sketchfab with a MatCap.
It looks like you may need a Pro account to upload a custom MatCap:

@Eric Chadwick Thank you very much.will try to do it.
How do i make them?
Answered this recently in another thread https://polycount.com/discussion/comment/2775351#Comment_2775351
i made a thing once, idk if it will help:

for marmoset 3, they said if you got 4 they will give you things for 3 if you still needed it, just ask'm. Otherwise i posted a link to Eric's thread where a dude that knows how to do these things has a youtube channel you & all can review and learn from.
Oh just to be clear i had no clue what i was doing a lot of fiddling around, an advanced user like Ben could easily fix any issues i am sure, i got "lucky".
it's dotproduct of a view/camera and a pixel normal vectors ( Fresnel gradient) remapped to some special cube map texture or a gradient . pretty sure should be doable in SPainter too but i never tried. In Blender viewport it's simple like this .
Thanks
