MIAMI AVALON are looking for someone with experience in creating unique environments and interesting prop design to work with our team!

PROJECT
Ascend is an adventure puzzle game where a young woman must navigate to the top of a mystical mountain learning the secrets of both the past and the future to find the balance in all aspects of life.
Our prototype is looking for polish and additional features to be added.
THE ROLE
- Create exceptional concept art for our latest project, Ascend
- Create a wide range of designs, mood boards and thumbnails for environments and props
- Create detailed illustrations that inspire and excite the viewer
- Work closely with our Art Director and other members of the team
- Collaborate with other artists, designers and engineers to create the absolute best concept art possible to meet the needs of the project
- Manage your time independently, completing tasks on time and bringing up issues as they arise
SKILLS
- 2+ years of experience working on shipped or studio titles.
- An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates stylized concept art and craftsmanship.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience moving fast and working with tight deadlines.
YOU CAN ALSO
- Propose improvements to the game to enhance the game experience
- Provide feedback or ideas about any part of the larger game
- Use your experience working on puzzle games
