Help!! uv overlapping issues in substance painter

I am texturing car in substance painter, when I bake them in substance choosing using UV title workflow and convert each tile into a texture set, one of the texture set automatically moves to an existing different UV set or tile causing it to overlap with it and hence baking has those overlapping prints. I used Maya and made sure there was enough padding, the all are accordingly in the UV titles and udims before exporting format is fbx, when I set the project config to new material into texture set baking is fine. how do I solve this? basically, some of the items from 1011 move to 1003 which is basically the mirror above the dashboard in the car interior tat moves to my car body uv (1003)
