Strong gradient variations on low-poly

Hello guys, I'm pretty new here.

I would like to ask you for help in a piece that I've already finished. But, I notice a issue, after upoloading the model to sketchfab, a mistake that I made probably because in a newbie haha.

So, I did the painting on painter, and rendered at marmoset. But it was only totally visible on sketchfab.

How can I fix those strong gradient shading on lowpoly model?

thank you in advance

It's likely because you left it as quads. You need to make sure the triangulation never changes from when the normal map is baked. Only way to be sure is to triangulate the model before baking so that later on when importing it into other apps, they can't change the triangulation
