Substance painter keeps failing to save

Hello, I keep getting this substance painter error when trying to save, is there any way to fix this?

do you have any disk space left? painter hates full disks

does it work if you save as to a new file?

Thanks for your suggestion. It turns out the resource file was the issue. Had to remove them in order to succesfully save

Just had the same problem, Some unused Imported masks locations were changed, I had to delete them one by one and the I was able to save

And I'm not. And even smart materials doesn't work. And after multiple tries to find the corrupted layer it just crashed and throwed away couple hours of my life. Stupid purely made garbage software. Please someone make another one.
