Hi! Some parts of your highpoly have inverted normals! That's the no 1 thing to fix.
Also when I opened the highpoly in Blender the shading was facetted, ensure it is smooth shaded.
Going further, you can optimize the lowpolys UVs. Currently some thin edges have to few pixels at a 2k resolution texture (check with whatever resolution you are targeting).
Make better use of UV space. Scale up some UVs and pack more efficiently. Consider to straighten those curled elements into straight strips to get less artifacts at the edges.
