Thanks for feedback I will modify the breast and arm. Clavicle and neck need some adjustments like you indicated. So in your opinion head it's too big ?
No "not too big " problem is with depth, z axes, front to back so that's not long enough You can make a simple test if the head fit in a square or its close to that you are in a good shape Below you can see how much space there is

I guess with so much cloths only thing that will make a significant difference is head size and position and distance between breast and arm
