Nice. Saw some Fallout in the concept but the gear def takes me back to the work of Terry Gilliam.
nitpicks. maybe would have messed with the form of the boots w/o playing that region detail up too far, and w/ full gear the guy looks a bit out of balance. tho I get it is a shared pose in the other renders, could use another balanced one in the hero shot. Looking forward to more.
The first form without helm looks great. The final form is way too visually fragmented for me. The shapes and colours need some flow and harmony to dial back the visual chaos factor. I know that's kind of the hallmark of steampunk though.

I like the texture details and lighting but if you can make a strong pose it will be awesome.
