For setting the 3D Cursor (white-red-doted circle) to any coordinate: on the N-Panel > View 3D Cursor Location set any value you want.. setting to 0,0,0 just drag over X, Y, Z and simple type 0 (once).
For moving the object (in Object Mode) or any selection of vertices/edges/polygons (in Edit Mode) to the 3D Cursor: Control-S > Selection to Cursor (Keep Offset) .

The handle from the global search operator is Snap Cursor To World Origin
The python command is view3d.snap_cursor_to_center
It's also at the bottom left of the Snap pie menu, and under Object>Snap in the regular menu.
This resets the position of the 3d cursor:
And you can also go across the sidebar Ritght click at one of the position sliders:
quickest way : Shift+C or Shift +S+1 if you want to keep viewport camera intact.
Also you can add it to "quick favorite" menu and call it just by hittin Q
Thanks man!
