This is my first time baking. I sculpted my model in Zbrush, used UV Master to unwrap all my subtools. Imported it to Marmoset, set up a bake project and got maps like this.
I'm sure this has to do with the way UV Master works, but I'm not sure how to go about fixing it without merging all my subtools. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you have multiple UV sets you will need to make sure there is a unique material applied to each set on the low poly mesh, and then Multiple Texture Sets in the bake options. This will bake a set of image for each material.
