What exactly are you trying to fix? There is a large ngon at the bottom that could be turned into quads, and ensuring that your quade are evenly spaced to ensure even subdivision would be a good idea, if that is what you are going for.
Golden rule number one: allowed is what works. And when this topology does not have shading artifacts or subdivide problems, then there is nothing to fix here. But the second problem just arises when you plan to add some subdivision. In this case you would need some support loops. Which makes me second the question of MatCGI.
