Hello. I want to be a concept artist in zbrush, subd and cad, do 3d concepts, some stuff like ACMS, Bulgarov, Mike Nash etc. and would like to ask for advice. What do I need to study first? If I say that I have 400 days to learn this profession. My job at the moment is a 3d prop artist, I know sabd texturing. A 3d concept artist needs a 2d base? Can you recommend courses or books for me? Alex Senekal's courses? I want to do sci-fi and characters in general like Mike Nash did.

Try eat3d cyborg and Hard surface in zbrush both have bunch of good stuff and if you still have question you know what to do
Like any other concept art you need huge visual library , lots of ideas ,quick ideation and some method for combine existent things in to new arrangements aka inventing stuff , hybrid 2d-3d will be best so you dont waste your time for thing that lead to dead ends
