Maya LT issue-UV Editor

So I was using the UV Editor awhile ago, and under "Modify> Layout options box" and nothing... every time I click on the options box menu and it never shows up? i can get tool settings to show up.. and there is also some other tools options windows not popping up. I already restarted Maya, restarted the computer, have the latest update as well uninstalled and reinstalled Maya. And I do have multiple monitors and nothing is popping up on them either.

try resetting your current workspace. Go to the top right of the screen where there is a dropdown labeled 'workspace' - click on this and scroll down to 'reset current workspace'
you can also try editing the values in this file:
this file has a bunch of visible window locations - you could just set them all to something small like "100 100"
