So I have been applying jobs for years and constantly getting rejection. My target place to work is Riot and Blizzard. I am also considering some studios that produce stylized art such as Velan Studio or Epic.
I have been working on improving the quality of my character to approach the industry's standard. Just don't know why I still get turned down form the industry.

If you don't get a response try posting some images of your work here.
You are missing important part of the stylize thing all the glimmer and sparkles aka your presentation sucks so add dust particles glow shine some vfx and photoshop magic ,more interesting background that should boost you 50%
All of your colors for the most part are flat add tints/shades and contrast to your work other wise will look flat and boring
Do you see any difference ?
Hi! I think it needs to show more successful transfers from design to 3d. The one character created from a concept (Viking) deviates quite a bit. So I would focus on that, show an understanding of what is crucial to the design, clean execution and anatomy knowledge (stylisation as well).
Also apply at developers that are not your target ones, the challenges and questions other developers face are similar. If you find no success in the character lane, consider trying a different route like props to get into a company. Once you started somewhere, you can still learn from other departments and eventually transition.
Overall, just keep at it. Good luck!
Your work is extremely good. How long has it been that way? Could it be because your portfolio wasn't where its at now when applying to jobs?
As far as critique, it seems like the skin tone on this character could be better https://www.artstation.com/artwork/w8VJwY make it more like the skin tone of this one https://www.artstation.com/artwork/d0VkJ1
You also seem to have a duplicate of the same character. There's some variation, but not really enough to make a new project.

Why not show the umbrella girl in your banner image as a project as well?
Try adding more expression to your characters, like the way models are in ads and magazines. Alot of times people make their characters all serious cause they are ready for battle, but they don't always have to be. They could be doing something like tying a shoe. Have some of the girls smile perhaps.
