These look awesome, really cool concepts here, I love the creativity. I will say that you might want to think about changing the face screen for each animal to make them look a bit different personality-wise. Another thing I noticed is that there are some areas that look more complex than the rest of the models, for example, the giraffe's feet and the elephant's wheels, unless those robots are meant to be scaled up, I think it slightly takes away from the consistency.
