sahibzada polycounter lvl 10

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to mask some areas of my object using the Polygon Fill option, every time it gives me bad result. I saw a short tutorial on youtube but unfortunately i forgot the channel name he showed the way how to smooth these pixelated /jaggy areas.

Blur filter doesn't give me the best result.

its very likely that your UVs are not straight. what should happen?

unless you straighten those UVs, this is to be expected. As your texture resolution is so much lower than your mesh resolution.

you could blur and level the result to interpolate a bit tho

In the beginning it was the object to be a complete meta, to save the UV area I went for Planar option in unwrapping. Later, I detached those areas and flattened them. I was wondering if there is some way besides using blur option. Thank you for your response

Can't hack your way around to get ideal results when the fundamentals (uvs) are also hacky and broken. Spend a few moments to properly unwrap this, and you'll have a much easier and faster time.
