Hi guys!
I am im process of sculpting 3d character of Albert Wesker from resident evil franchise, and stuck in a process of sculpting.
The problem is that I don't what else should I work on in my sculpt to look more realistic, not cartoonish or stylised.

A first step could be to pick some look alike actor (or multiple for different features) and collect some good reference images from different angles. Generally some basic planning and starting some kind of reference collection in the beginning is good! It can act as your guide during a long project.
