It's unclear what the problem might be from looking at this image. Can you post an image that shows the high poly parts for these areas?
I would recommend double-checking your UVs to make sure they are correct. If you have multiple UV sets, try deleting the redundant sets.
Make sure your high poly and low poly meshes do not share the same materials as well. This can cause the high poly material data to recursively bake onto itself.
