{HELP} Eyeball shader acts weird when I check the ray tracing option [Marmoset toolbag 4]

This is rendered without using ray tracing, and..

This is with ray tracing enabled.

I used Peter Zoppi's method to fake reflections so that it works real time, but has it messed up ray tracing? At first I thought that the cornea shader was acting up but after inspection, it was indeed the eyeball shader itself.

Ray tracing ON, with no cornea. Can someone please help?
