I'm happy to share my latest personal project created during my 6-week environment art mentorship with Alex Beddows & Skilltree. The scene is inspired by the "Emperors Corridor" in the Czech Republic.
A few images below, and more on Artstation: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/NGYY05
I took a lot of the skills learned from previous projects and really focused on bringing them together to create a scene with strong composition and lighting.
I sculpted rocks in ZBrush, Houdini to generate low-poly meshes and Substance Painter for baking. I used Substance Designer to create several rock and snow materials. I also made two Houdini tools to help create the landscape and generate snow on top of selected objects. Foliage and trees from Unreal Marketplace and Quixel Megascans
Thanks for looking!
