Looking for some crew for form a new animation team

Hello there.
So I've decided to start up a new animation team that focuses on making animations for anime, movies, video games, and original projects If possible. And so, I'll be needing help from people who can help me realize those projects. Below is the crew that I'll be needing for the team
- Writers
- 3D Modelers
- Animators/Riggers
- VFX Artists
- Compositors
- Voice Actors
- Editors
And some requirements.
- Must be at least 15 or older
- Portfolio or anything that proves that you had working experience.
