BLENDER deleted shortcut key map item

i pressed x button for the shortcut to the right of it and now this action disappeared. I can't find it in keymap search menu and also can't just assign new shortcut with rmb -> assign shortcut. How can i return it now?

So you have a modified keymap. First thing that you can try is save your customized keymap(in case you haven't done already) so that it is not lost when you switch to another keymap. Then simply load the Blender Keymap. And start from there again. This way you can also compare where your hotkey is missing.

Seems like my shortcut has been deleted from all presets at once
Ah, think i know what is going on here. Do you see a reset button somewhere in the keymap? These are the changed chapters.
You could hunt down these, and reset them one by one. But better is to load the factory settings, you catch them all that way. This loads the factory defaults. Or at Windows rename the Blender Foundation folder in appdata/roaming. That's a hard reset then since Blender doesn't find these wrong settings then anymore.
And from there you can start again with modifying your keymap.
