This use to work fine in Toolbag 3 but with Toolbag 4 the bake preview is baking a white color/mask albedo.
I tried contacting support but they must be foreign and don't understand my issue.
Support told me to select the "vertex color" in the albedo for the low poly but all that does try to put the "vertex color" on the low res mesh - and the vertex color shows up low res or blurry because there is not enough vertices on the low resolution mesh. I tried another file (with low and high res mesh) and the vertex color doesn't do anything on the low poly. (i attached screenshots)
Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Add the vertex color bake output from the baker maps configuration settings.
