Job Description
From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with:
- Working closely with the art director and the design teams to ensure the quality of UI elements that characterise the appearance and style of each game's menus, all while making sure that the interface is optimal for each target platform, that it is in keeping with the game's established visual identity, and that it promotes player comfort
- Taking responsibility—from the prototyping phase through production—for the maintenance of the UI style guide, the creation of static or animated assets in the menus/HUD, and for ensuring the production of clear and consistent iconography and logos in order to provide an intuitive, innovative navigation experience
- Supporting the Marketing and Acquisition teams in order to ensure graphical consistency on all platforms
Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications:
- Diploma of college studies in graphic design, a related field, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience as a UI artist
- Have worked on at least 2 published titles
- In-depth knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Visio, Adobe InDesign, Balsamiq, and Figma (or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of user-interface design and cross-platform constraints, information architecture and the production of wireframes and UI flows
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Committed to achieving improved results and is a strong team player
- Analytical and deductive skills
- Able to adapt to change and meet deadlines
Assets:
- Knowledge of the video-game production process
- Knowledge of 3D and motion-design production software
- Knowledge of Unity and/or Unreal Engine
