Thought I'd track my progress of one of my latest projects; a bust of Lilith from Diablo 4!
I did a stylized version a few years ago when the cinematic trailer dropped, and thought it'd be nice to come back to it and see how I've improved!
For clothing and texture I plan on using the concept done by Igor Sid, and have been referencing the cinematic version as well for horn shape/design.
Here is what I have as of right now. I've spent maybe two days on this so there're still things I'd like to tweak, but other than that I think I'm in a good spot.
Comments & Critique are welcome :)

That's about my favourite 2d paint style above. Impasto. Looks like a pretty good interpretation. Shame,..... the legs are my favourite bits!
Great start! Will definitely be waiting for more!
A small update this week. Fixed some parts of her body that was bothering me, shifted her face a little, and did a rough block-out of her clothes and wings! I plan on making the armor in Maya because I don't enjoy doing hard surface in zbrush :/
Feeling pretty good on the progress.
C&C are welcome! :)
Small update this time around. Busy with work and packing 🙃
Refined her horns, clothing, and armor (?) bits, but still pretty blocky!
Added some messy poly paint for fun and started to layout a potential shot when I get to rendering.
That's really neat! Can't wait to see the end result!
Ah yes! This is coming out really nice!
@Terpsichore72 Thank you!
@Grubber Thanks! :)
I changed the horns to be a little closer to the art instead of the model, and am editing her clothes a tad just for funsies.
I don't know if I'll fully complete this any time soon, but it was fun to get back into sculpting after taking a break.
tweaked her proportions as well to have it feel a little less cartoony and a little more serious.
