It's not.
From the demo I tested at GDC 2022, it's great at starting, but finishing the model is still gonna be in Zbrush.
It's based on oculus medium which is enormously good fun to use and a solid foundation to build a sculpting tool on. Won't be anywhere close to zbrush for refined work yet though
