This walk is very unusual. The movement of her feet speeds up and slows down in different portions of the walk. She bobs up and down a lot. Her knees are very bent except just before she touches her foot down to take a new step.
The reference clip isolates one cycle. Use only her right side to create the steps, replicating the movement of the right leg and hip. Then copy those poses onto the left leg and hip, with appropriate timing so the two sides create a seamless walk. Make sure the duration of the walk is close to what it is in the video - 56 frames. The head should stay level and looking forward, the arms should swing just a little (maybe 15 degrees) in sync with the opposite leg.

This will be used in Unreal 5. It needs to be compatible with a UE5 mannequin and be retargeted for a MetaHuman. (The retargeting may be a separate contract.) This would be pay on delivery, with an animation file at least. The preference would be to also receive the source file if it was done in Blender.
