Unable To Fix Mega Issue

Hello there, buddies. I hope you're all doing well. This is my first post as a new member of this forum. Guys, I'm having an issue with my MEGA (Cloud Storage). When I try to upload a huge file to my MEGA cloud storage, I get an error message that says, "your mega storage is full." This type of error can appear even when downloading a large file. I was unable to resolve the problem after repeated tries. Is there anyone who can help me with this?
