"Scooby Doo" Arms

Hello every one. My team and I are developing a game using UE4. All of the past character models I made for the game are all good, but the last three have had this problem:

Every character rig I've imported has had the Scooby Doo arms ever since. It happens when we assign them the SK_Mannequin_PhysicsAsset. It's not a skin weight issue from Maya, and as far as I know nothing's changed in my importing tactics on the third to last model. We're using a Physical Animation system. Do you know why this might be happening?
