Hello everyone! I recently immigrated from Russia to the US and am now trying to find a job in WA or remote. I couldn't find anything in a month and maybe you can give me some advice.
I already had 3d experience in Russia. I have been working for 3 years in companies that make mobile games.
I have a bachelor's degree in physics. In 3d, I started with online courses 3 years ago and continue to take courses to expand my knowledge in 3d (the past ones were on rigging and animation, and now I have taken character creation for unreal)
Here is my portfolio and resume:

Maybe there is space for improvement?
In the meantime, I'm freelancing on Upwork, working on improving my English, and replying to LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed job ads. I've also created a list of gamedev companies in WA and actively monitoring vacancies on their websites.
Got only 1 interview so far. Maybe I'm missing some other places where I'm supposed to search for a job, or something is wrong with my portfolio/CV?

I'm not experienced enough to give advice, but I think your portfolio is pretty good. Keep applying, eventually someone will hire you. Meanwhile you could add one or two more fully developed characters to your portfolio. Right now it seems kinda empty (on first glance).

Snap Inc. is also hiriing for a 3D Artist on my team. Feel free to DM for questions; we got a Russian and Ukrainian teammates already haha
You can stay within the stylized approach you're doing, but further projects that explore and play with different mateiral contrasts like metals, chromes, animated materials, etc. will greatly enhance your communicated abilities as a Charcter Artist. Also different topics, including mechs, vehicles, complex wepaons and props, etc.
Are you authorized to work in the U.S.? If so being an immigrant shouldn't matter, but if you need sponsorship that'll be a pretty major obstacle.
