Just wanted to share one quick time-saver tip I learnt recently by accident:
You can quickly set up a whole PBR material auto-assigning all textures to corresponding slots by just drag-and-dropping all textures from explorer onto a thumbnail of the material in Material Tab. Filenames should follow the following structure: filename_albedo, filename_normal, filename_roughness etc.
