distorted mesh in substance painter

Hello Everyone.

So I am posting this because up until now I could fix these issues in substance, but now it seems like something has changed. Usually, I prefer baking for normal,ao, curvature etc in Marmoset and then importing the maps in substance where I start texturing. As you can see now, the mesh in the substance viewport seems very distorted while on the marmoset view it seems fine. I cant figure out why, smoothing groups are fine, face normals also, mesh has been triangulated before export, uvs are fine, but for some reason substance has this major distortion. If I bake me low and high into substance I get some better result but still the normals are distorted. Previously if I was experiencing distortion like this when importing in substance, applying the normal map from Marmoset would fix it, but now it remains the same.Any ideas why? What seems weird is that the mesh looks fine in marmoset.
