Anime style artist for thumbnails

We need an anime artist who's able to do various thumbnails and other art pieces for us. these would be used for mostly youtube. We need solo pictures of our character on transparent background typically focusing on no lower than the waist up. these should be highly shaded or anything and should look like a screencap from any anime you might see, so a slightly simplistic but refined style. see the attached images. our pay per piece isn't super high but we offer consistent payment if that's something that's interesting to you.
