Importing Textures and fixing gamma in 3ds Max

Hello Everyone I'm using max for a good time but I wanted to know if there's a easy way of importing textures

That might be a bit confusing but what I'm stuck at is that I need to use that Import option which basically fixes it's Gamma value, Unless I do it for every texture it comes out as wrong/corrupted shader in rendering

I Saw a few youtubers doing the same but in other softwares i could just import and use a button to let it know it's not a texture which uses color data like Unreal Engine or Blender

It could save alot of my time if I could just batch import them and use them

Thank You.

Easiest way is just disable gamma correction completely. However then you're working in linear, and some controls will inherit the color profile stored in the file. Not great.

Next easiest way is to set the gamma override in the image loader dialog. This is per bitmap, but works fine.

I bet there's a maxscript for automating this. Have you checked scriptspot?
