So far I've got the low poly model with the high poly baked into it along with an ambient occlusion. What I need is a concept artist who is willing to voluntary design sci-fi panels for the ship that I've modelled that I'm about to show.

I assume that 3D element is for a 2D paintover?
offhand regardless of this thread's title, looks 'Starwarsy' enough to be similarly compared too a "Clone Wars" aesthetic as in art direction.
Anyway imo you'll probably get no takers with pro experience, willing to work for free.
Yes that would be the intent of my model.
It may seem so with just the normal maps and ao's since Sketchfab limits what textures can be exported, but after the "2D paintover" it wouldn't be too "Starwarsy".
Also I'm afraid when it comes to that, the last resort is to offer pay. However, I'm not just targeting professional concept artists but also concept artists who are trying to prove themselves into getting themselves first time into whatever industry.
