Zbrush Posing High and Low Poly at same time?

I have a model that I want to put into a different pose (using Zspheres). I have a high and a low poly model, both with a lot of subtools. I there a way to pose both models at the same time?
Both models have subdivisions. So, I could just pose one of the models instead and then switch subdivisions after exporting. But one of the models has suffix _hi, the other suffix _lo, to help baking in Substance Painter. So either posing is easy, but I have to export and then change every suffix, or I have to pose both models exactly the same way somehow, and exporting can be done without tedious renaming of about 60 subtools (if only one could just change the suffix of all subtools in one go!).
Any tips or tricks are most welcome
