Does anyone use Unity Art engine? Is it good?

Worth what they ask for it? How it's vs Substance tools ? Is its AI more helpful than Sampler one?
I had it few years ago and hardly used it at all due to everything beeing a bit clunky , super slow and content aware fill which I used mostly was about same as in Photoshop really . Although real time preview was a plus . Wonder have they improved it a lot during past 3 years ?
How its AI selection for texture features Vs Pshop one? De-lighting vs free agisoft delighter?
