indeed as an aside especially back in 2010, ac were or still are a bunch of toxic fucks, i mean labeling two of the three Infinity Ward co-founders "conniving schemers" during a counter suit which would eventually lead too their dismissal - hadn't forgotten that one in a hurry
I very much respect Sony and the positive impact the company has had on our industry.
I could say the same for Microsoft and Activision. And any creative companies building, creating, and providing resources that fuel and enable a healthy economy of players and developers.
Without a full view or understanding of the impact of the deal, I have been quietly rooting for Activision and Microsoft.
I'm interested in watching it play out however and whenever it does. I expect there will be a lot to learn from whatever occurs from it.
As a game development community of hobbyists and professionals, what would you like to see happen?
