Hi!
I created material for my grass variations, based on quixel textures. It has linked information to Base Color, Roughness, Opacity Mask, Normal, Subsurface Color and Ambient Occlusion. The setting of master material:
The greyish result (the warnings are fixed now):
What I've tried:
1) Pinning directly into material (without all the Powers, Multiplies etc)
2) Removing all the fogs, fxes, postprocess from the scene
3) Removing the Subsurface Color
4) Pinning only albedo
The albedo looks like this:
Also there's also the problem with opacity loading – I don't even know how should I name this and I can't find any solution on internet.

your basecolor texture is too bright - its reaching up to 0.84 which is almost as bright as snow
