2D programmer, game designer and writer looking for a 2D artist and sound designer.

I am working on a 2D game that has 3 major selling points:
-Beautiful diverse realms.
-Engaging fast paced combat.
-Depth in the lore of the game.
And to achieve this goal I need a 2D artist as I found 2D artwork a mess to handle myself while programming the game.
As well as a sound designer to make the music, sound effects and other sound related design.
Timeline: My goal is to have a completed game by the end of March. Not stressed about it though, as I know how long art can take to be made as I have tried to make it myself and failed, thus I am looking for a dedicated artist.
Payment: 35% to the artist and 35% to the sound designer and 30% for me (of the game revenue), a very small payment on completion of the first chapter (just so you know your efforts aren't going to be in vain).
