The goal of this survey is to gain responses to these questions that will be used as research for a dissertation task for my course. Hi, probably best to re-write this as a Google Survey or something similar in order to guarantee anonymity. Would likely also make your life a bit easier with data analysis. Happy to fill this out from there.
