Help to sculpt fluffy fur and proto-feathers in Blender for 3D printing

hello everyone, I'm exploring the world of 3D printing, I want to sculpt scientifically correct dinosaurs and I was wondering if there is a technique or pipeline to obtain good results efficiently. Or making it look close enough like in some of these illustrations (it looks really fluffy) Thanks.
