Visible edges after baking in Substance Painter

I get weird edges after baking details from high to low poly mesh. Is there a way to fix this?

The artifacting in the screenshot doesn't seem to be on any of the uv edges, which leads me to believe its just that your low poly mesh isn't properly smoothed.
